Biology in Dingle
BI 104/258 – Experiences in Coastal Ecology

This course allows biology majors to explore various coastal habitats across the Dingle Peninsula. 

Hands-on activities and multiple field trips expose students to abiotic and biotic principles governing coastal communities including rivers, wetlands, rocky and sandy intertidal zones, and coastal seas.

This course fulfils the Natural/Physical Science foundational core requirement.

It also fulfils the Scientific Literary and the Social & Global Awareness LAE requirement.
