In 2022, SHU in Dingle and the Office of Global Education agreed to support the proposal by two SCMA students, Alessandra Engengro and Sophia Kostiw, to produce new video content for SHU in Dingle’s YouTube channel and social media platforms as part of their senior Capstone project.
Based on the strength of their work participating in the Spring 2022 semester program in Dingle, SHU in Dingle and the OGE were excited to work with Ally and Sophia in a professional capacity, producing video content designed to be easily accessible to prospective Sacred Heart students, as well as students from other US colleges.
To date, Ally and Sophia have produced, directed, presented, and edited eight new videos for the SHU in Dingle campus, which are now live on the campus’s YouTube channel. Ally and Sophia further launched the series through a social media takeover beginning on Sunday the 2nd of July 2023.
SHU in Dingle are proud to have supported Ally and Sophia in their future media careers, and we look forward to helping many more SCMA grads springboard into successful employment as we move forward with the building of our new campus in Ireland.
